Pair Killed In Valley Murder-Suicide Identified

VAN NUYS, CA — A man and a woman who died in an apparent murder- suicide at a residence in Van Nuys were publicly identified Wednesday.

Officers went to the 14200 block of Gilmore Street, near Victory Boulevard, about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday to conduct a welfare check, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Timothy Deshong, 41, and Robin Allande, 48, both of Van Nuys were found dead at the scene, according to the coroner's office.

Autopsies are pending, but police said the case has been classified as a murder-suicide. The relationship of the man and woman to one another was not immediately known.
