Rhythmic INTENSIVE Summer Camp

Rhythmic Academy of Los Angeles is now registering girls (ages 6 to 17) for our "RHYTHMIC INTENSIVE" Gymnastics Summer Camp starting June 16th to August 1st for 7 week sessions.  Camp will held at our world class Rhythmic Gymnastics training facility in Van Nuys, CA that features an "air-conditioned" gymnasium with 3 full size RG carpets, a 40 foot ceiling, mirrors, a ballet room, a conditioning outdoor field and workshop classrooms.

We’ve assembles a great team of coaches and instructors and developed a complete Rhythmic Gymnastics training curriculum. Our camp goal is to develop the athlete on every level... technically, physically, artistically, physiologically and emotionally. Most important create a fun, safe and memorable summer experience.  Maximum of 8 to 10 athletes (by age and skill level) will be assigned to a team and each group will rotate among all coaches through camp curriculum to get maximum training benefit.   Each curriculum class will last between 45 to 60 minutes.

A typical full day camp will include 4 hours of morning practice consisting of cardio conditioning and fitness, stretching, choreography, body development and element training sessions.  Followed by a hot lunch and 1 to 2 hours of education/classroom and creative workshops.  The 3 to 4 hours of afternoon practice will consists of equipment and body mastery, advanced element training and creative dance.  Training regiments are very intensive and based on Eastern European methods that historically has developed world class Rhythmic Gymnasts.

We currently have 10 coaches on staff including 2 World Champions, a 3 time US National Champion, a Bulgarian National Coach, a Russian National Coach, 2 Russian Ballet Master Choreographers, Russian and Bulgarian National Team Members, a Theatrics Coach, a Sport Physiologist, a US National Level Judge and other highly accredited coaches and instructors.  We are also working on bringing in top Rhythmic Gymnastics coaches and elite gymnasts from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus!

This camp is also great for dancers, ballerinas, artistic gymnast, synchronized swimmers, competitive cheerleaders, divers and other female sport athletes that need to develop greater flexibility, a stronger core, stamina, balance and coordination.

Space is limited to 100 campers per session and full day campers will have enrollment priority.  All athletes from other clubs are Welcomed!

  • Full Day Camp cost is $350 per week (that's only $7.36 per hour) + some field trip costs. Includes supervised instruction from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, one field trip, a camp t-shirt, training manual, a healthy hot lunch catered by a local Russian restaurant and an amazing training experience. Our Full Day camp is recommended for competitive Rhythmic Gymnast ages 7 and up. (limited to 80 athletes per week) - 47.5 hours per week.
  • 3-Day Camp cost is $250 per week. Includes supervised instruction from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday, Wednesday and Friday, one field trip, a camp t-shirt, training manual, a healthy hot lunch catered by a local Russian restaurant and an amazing training experience. (limited to 25 athletes per week) - 28.5 hours per week.
  • 2-Day Camp cost is $200 per week. Includes supervised instruction from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Tuesday and Thursday, a camp t-shirt, training manual, a healthy hot lunch catered by a local Russian restaurant and an amazing training experience. (limited to 25 athletes per week) - 19 weekly hours.
  • Half Day Camp is available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM for $175 per week. Includes supervised instruction, a camp t-shirt and a training manual. This camp is less intense as our full day and is great for younger athletes, ages 6 and up are welcomed. (limited to 25 athletes per week) - 12 hours per week.
  • We offer a 15% Family Discount for additional siblings and 10% OFF for paid-in-full 7 week sessions. Parents will have the option of paying weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or in-full for all registered sessions.
