Rotary E-Club Hosts Blood Drive for CHLA
Rotary E-Club of The Greater San Fernando Valley, with L.A. Kings Care Foundation, hosts blood drive 1/18/2015 for Children's Hospital L.A.

Blood will flow for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) on Sunday, January 18, 2015, when the Rotary E-Club of The Greater San Fernando Valley, along with the Los Angeles Kings Care Foundation, hosts a blood drive at Daniel Pearl Magnet High School in Van Nuys, California.
The event, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., will include the CHLA Bloodmobile, as well as prizes for a few lucky blood donors donated by the Kings for the occasion. The real winners will be the brave patients at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, founded in 1901, each year provides more than 104,000 children with pediatric health care in a setting designed just for their needs. The Los Angeles Kings Care Foundation, in its seventeen-year history as the community organization of the defending Stanley Cup Champion Los Angeles Kings, has donated more than $6 million in monetary and in-kind support to the local Los Angeles community. In January of 2014, the Kings Care Foundation proudly announced a $1,000,000 commitment to the LA Kings BloodMobile, which serves as a blood drive supply truck to increase the much needed collection of life-saving blood for the most seriously ill and injured children at CHLA.
