This is happening every Sunday in Studio City Farmers Market. Horses are tethered tightly to a turnstile and are forced to plod in endless circles for hours with no shade. What message are we sending to our children? Please, don't teach your kids that animal exploitation is acceptable and a form of entertainment. A better world cannot be built by parents indifferent to animal exploitation. Stay away from pony rides, petting zoos and other animal attractions. Let children experience animals in their own habitats by taking a nature hike or visiting an animal sanctuary.
