Van Nuys Shooting Kills 1 Man, Wounds Another
One victim was pronounced dead at the scene, according to a coroner's investigator.

VAN NUYS, CA – One man was killed and another victim was wounded in a Van Nuys shooting that occurred at about 11:20 p.m. Sunday on Victory Boulevard near Sepulveda Boulevard, police said Monday. Julio Rodriguez, 33, died at the scene, according to coroner's investigator Kimberley Arnold. His home town was not known.
The survivor was treated at a hospital and released, said Los Angeles Police Officer Tony Im. The suspect was described as a Hispanic man about 5-feet-5 inches to 5-feet-9 inches tall with a muscular build. A motive for the shooting was not known, Im said.
