Brett Perkins Returns for Playhouse Concert
The Sierra Madre Playhouse will host pop/folk singer Brett Perkins for one night only in February.

Brett Perkins, a singer-songwriter whose brand of pop/folk has won him an international following, will perform in concert for one night only at on Sunday, February 5 at 7:30 p.m.
Perkins will be accompanied by local musical guests, which include some of the finest singer-songwriters from Southern California.
Perkins began his musical career over 20 years ago, and was lead vocalist for The Sneaks as well as a featured dancer on Soul Train before settling into a solo career as a singer-songwriter. At one point, in the 90s, he was CEO of the National Academy of Songwriters. Over the years, he’s worked with legendary musical figures like Burt Bacharach, Joni Mitchell, Graham Nash, Stephen Stills and Jackson Browne.

Formerly from Southern California, Perkins has for several years made his home in Copenhagen, where he presents the annual Copenhagen Songwriters Festival. He performs internationally. His mellow, soothing brand of pop has inter-generational appeal.
This will be Perkins' third annual concert at the Sierra Madre Playhouse.
