
"Day after Day" is a musical tracing the life and career of film and recording star Doris Day. Christy Mauro-Cohen who has performed in this bio-musical around the country will be at the Sierra Madre Playhouse at 7:00 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 10. The show brings Day's hit songs such as "Sentimental Journey", "Bewitched", "When I Fall in Love" and her virtual signature song, "Que Sera Sera" which she sang in an Alfred Hitchcock movie, "The Man Who Knew To Much". Day starred with Jimmy Stewart in the 1956 film. Events surrounding the star's dramatic personal life while appearing as the quintessential "girl-next-door" in Warner Bros. musicals are portrayed blending facts of her songs and her life.
