The Sierra Madre Rotary Club is gathering bright and early to help transform Kersting Court into Dickens Village. The decorating is a pre-cursor to the annual Dickens Village event in Sierra Madre.
The Rotary Club will be putting up 144 red ribbons downtown, and anyone is welcome to come and help out.
