Relaxing Yoga Flow Class

At the end of the week, take some time for yourself to relax and unwind. During this Relaxing Yoga Flow, we'll start with breath work, flow through standing poses, and then spend time stretching the body to release toxins and promote healthy circulation. Release stress and tension, finding balance and stillness within. We'll be in the Voyager Room, enter off W. Highland Avenue. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
