Peter and Mary Lowin, owners of Maid Brigade of Pasadena, were named “Franchisee of the Year” during the Maid Brigade annual convention held last month in Sonoma, Calif. The award recognizes the Lowins as the top performing Maid Brigade franchisee during the past year.

Maid Brigade is a green cleaning franchise with more than 400 locations in the United States and Canada. Maid Brigade of Pasadena had total sales of $1,092,500 in 2013 with a customer booking rate of 38 percent and a 68 percent conversion rate.
