"I'm not going to seek re-election," the Mayor said at Tuesday night's City Council meeting. "I've never had the intention of seeking re-election after these eight years." Buchanan said that while he is not a big fan of offical term limits, he is self-imposing a term limit of eight years. The Mayor wished the candidates who are putting their names on the April ballot good luck. Who's Running in April? There are three City Council seats up for election: two four-year seats and one two-year seat.
