Mosca Mistreated Committee Chair, Members Say
Colin Braudrick and Debbie Sheridan expressed their dissatisfaction with the City Council on Tuesday over their handling of the recent update from GPUSC Chair Denise Delmar.
Two members of Sierra Madre’s General Plan Update Steering Committee (GPUSC) appeared before the City Council Tuesday to express their disappointment with the way that committee’s chairperson, Denise Delmar, had been treated at the Sept. 13 meeting.
GPUSC members and said they felt Delmar had been mistreated by members of the City Council, particularly Council Members Joe Mosca and Nancy Walsh.
Delmar appeared before the Council with the task of providing an update on the General Plan process. What resulted was a lengthy - at times confrontational – discussion about the document’s Land Use Element.
