Police will begin setting up barricades and towing cars at 7:00 a.m. The street will re-open promptly at 9:00 a.m. Parade participants will gather behind starting around 7:30 a.m., begin the parade at 8:00 a.m., and arrive at by 8:30 a.m. Opening ceremonies will commence in the park at 8:45 a.m., and ball games will be played throughout the day.
