Patch Contributor Enjoys Wine and Jazz Walk

By all accounts the 6th Annual Sierra Madre Wine Jazz Walk, held Oct. 8, was a success.

Do writers ever get away from the keyboard? Sure they do. Here's a picture of contributor Bill Peters and his wife, Janet, wandering through AKA Fotographix on E. Montecto Avenue during the .

Owner of the shop, , took pictures as folks stopped by to taste a little wine and enjoy the food samples he was serving during the event which was held Oct. 8, in downtown Sierra Madre.

The Sierra Madre residents visited all the businesses that participated in the event, sipping the various wines and sampling foods at each shop. Music filled the streets surrounding the businesses with many different styles of jazz.
