This Friday, Sierra Madre families can gather in Kersting Court for a free screening of the DreamWorks film "Puss in Boots."  The movie begins at approximately 7:45 p.m. Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase by local vendors, or residents can bring their own. Be sure to bring blankets and chairs for a comfortable viewing experience. This is the first week in the three-part series. On May 25 there will be a screening of "Back to the Future," and on June 8 there will be a viewing of "Judy Moody and the Not Bummer Summer." The Family Movie Fridays series is made possible by donations rom the Sierra Madre Volunteer Firefighters Associations and the Annes, Harman, Gallagher and Swift families.
