Test Your Luck at Afternoon Bingo

Weekly bingo at the Community Recreation Center provides fun and camaraderie.

If you’re looking for something fun to do that involves some friendly competition, head out to the .

Each Tuesday afternoon, senior citizens and those of all ages engage in a couple of hours of Bingo.

It costs as little as a quarter to participate. Stock up on as many cards as you can keep an eye on, each only 25 cents apiece.

Bingo takes place from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. every week, with special prizes handed out each second and fourth Tuesday.

Bring your friends and place some of your own wagers amongst your group. Or come solo and meet new neighbors. Either way, you’ll be hard-pressed not to have a fun afternoon.

Correction: A previous version of this article incorrectly stated that the event would be held at the Hart Park House in Memorial Park. Due to ongoing construction at that location, all events have been relocated to the Sierra Madre Community Recreation Center at 611 E. Sierra Madre Blvd. Patch sincerely regrets this error.
