KTLA reports on a large black bear that was spotted knocking over trash cans in the 600 block of Oak Crest Drive early Monday morning in Sierra Madre.
It is the second time in less than a week that a large wild animal was spotted near a Sierra Madre residence. Last week off the front lawns of a Camillo Street resident after the nearly 200 pound cats were seen lounging near the home.
