SONOMA COUNTY, CA — A 43-year-old man who was arrested Saturday morning for driving under the influence had a 6-year-old passenger in his back seat, the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office said.
Felix Solorio Zaragoza of Windsor was taken into custody at Northwest Community Park. His daughter was in the vehicle's rear seat, deputies said.
A bag of unsealed marijuana was in plain view, according to sheriff's deputies. A search of the vehicle revealed a glass methamphetamine smoking pipe.
Zaragoza was booked for DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and child endangerment, the Sheriff's Office said.
