City of Lynwood COVID-19 Emergency – Housing & Utility Assistance Program

Provide a one-time per household grant up to $2,500 or a maximum three (3) months, whichever is less, to assist with housing payments (rent or mortgage) and/or utility payments for low- to moderate-income households whose family members lost their jobs or were temporary furloughed due to the COVID-19 crisis. Payments will be paid directly to the provider of such services on behalf of the low- to moderate-income household.
This program is on a first-come/first-serve basis, which is based on the submittal of a complete application to the City.
