Community Advisory – Lynwood Summer Programming Cancelled

The City of Lynwood has made the difficult decision to cancel summer camp and traditional summer programming for the 2020 Summer Season. After careful consideration of current guidelines provided by federal, state and county health officials, as well as budgetary impacts caused by the COVID-19 crisis, this is a decision that simply had to made.

We understand that Lynwood families were looking forward to joining us this summer. However, it is not possible to fully ensure the safety of our residents while enjoying the traditional programming we all love.

Our parks will continue to be open for your enjoyment of open spaces, with appropriate public health rules in place. We will continue to offer fun, family opportunities and special programs through our social media platforms.
