Univision 34 invites you to its 4th annual Copa Univision 2012 on August 4th 2012! Get your team ready and be a part of L.A.'s biggest 5v5 tournament. And bring the whole family, Copa Univision is music, food, your favorite Univision 34 personalities and tons of soccer fun!

The Tournament
Each team is allowed 8 players and one coach.
Each team will play at least three (3) matches, guaranteed.

Combined Divisions:

U-17/18  Birth dates 8/1/94 - 7/31/96 
U-15/16  Birth dates 8/1/96 - 7/31/98 
U-13/14  Birth dates 8/1/98 - 7/31/00 
U-11/12  Birth dates 8/1/00 - 7/31/02 
U-9/10  Birth dates 8/1/02 - 7/31/04 
Adults: Women & Men Adults: Co-ed

Fees
Early registration, June 24 - July 7, 2012 - $200/team
Late registration, July 8 – July 21, 2012 - $250/team

Registration includes:

• 8 jerseys per team from Copa Univision
• 8 tickets to a Chivas USA game at the Home Depot Center
• 15% off at the onsite soccer store, "Offsides"
• The chance to win prizes from Copa Univision sponsors

Winners get:

• Trophy for the 1st place team in each grouping
• 1st place team in each grouping receives a season pass to Goals Soccer Centers (when applicable), a $800 value
• Medals for 1st and 2nd place teams in each grouping
• Opportunities to win prizes from Univision
