Lynwood New Water Meters Along Agnes Ave. Original Text

Lynwood Public Works crews continue the street improvement project along Agnes Ave. between Bullis Road and Atlantic Ave. This week, crews are installing new water service including new water meters. This project also includes street resurfacing, partial replacement of concrete sidewalks and curb ramps.

Also, you may have noticed that some trees are being removed – these are trees with invasive roots that have compromised the water and sewer system. They will be replaced by trees without invasive roots.

Project such as this one are funded by local tax dollars as well as federal funding based on the Census.
