Man Fatally Stabbed in Lynwood

LYNWOOD, CA - A man was fatally stabbed in Lynwood on Thursday.

The victim was stabbed about 4:45 p.m. in the 11800 block of Atlantic Avenue, near the Glen Anderson (105) Freeway, according to Deputy Mike Barraza of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Information Bureau.

The man was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead, Barraza said.

The circumstances leading to the stabbing were not immediately disclosed.
