Man Found Shot Inside Car In Lynwood

LYNWOOD, CA — Sheriff's investigators Wednesday were investigating a shooting that left a man wounded in a car in Lynwood.
The shooting was reported at about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday in the area of 12431 Long Beach Blvd., north of the intersection with Euclid Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Video recorded at the location showed a vehicle with Uber and Lyft decals on it and a bullet-riddled windshield.

The wounded man was taken to a hospital by Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel.
His condition was not immediately available, but a sergeant at the sheriff's Century station said he remained hospitalized Wednesday morning.
