Man Shot in Willowbrook Monday Dies

LOS ANGELES, CA- A man who was shot on Monday in the Willowbrook area died at a hospital, and his killer remains at large, authorities reported Wednesday.

The shooting occurred about noon Monday in the 1400 block East 118th Street, said Deputy Grace Medrano of the Sheriff's Information Bureau.

Paramedics took the man to a hospital in Lynwood, where he died about 8 p.m. Tuesday, Medrano said. His name was withheld pending notification of his relatives.
