Man Stabbed by 2 Men in Bell Gardens

BELL GARDENS, CA — A man was stabbed Wednesday morning in a Bell Gardens park, authorities said.

It happened at 4:05 a.m. at John Anson Ford Park, at Park Lane and Garfield Avenue, Bell Gardens police Sgt. E. Aguirre said.

The victim was stabbed multiple times in the abdomen and right leg, Aguirre said.

The suspects were described as two males, he said.

An investigation was underway into details of the stabbing and the hospitalized victim was not cooperative, Aguirre said.
