Last night, at approximately 10:00 p.m., the South Gate Police Department (SGPD) responded to a stabbing that took place at 10000 block of Pinehurst Avenue. "There appears to have been fight between two friends," said Lieutenant Jim Teeples of the SGPD.  "One ended up being stabbed and transported to the hospital." The victim of the attach was stabbed in the stomach, according to police. "The investigation still pending and no arrests were made last night," said Lt.
