South Gate Outdoor Dining Permit- Now Available
South Gate is providing a temporary use permit for temporary outdoor dining until California reaches Stage 4: End of Stay at Home Order.

The City of South Gate is providing a temporary use permit for temporary outdoor dining until California reaches Stage 4: End of Stay at Home Order. This will be a no fee application and review time will be within 5-7 business days. Please click here for the outdoor dining permit application. The application with a site plan of the proposed outdoor dining area should be returned to Planning Division for review.

It can be emailed to eramirez@sogate.org; mailed in; or turned in at the Community Development Department counter at City Hall, with an appointment. Once approved we will be returning a signed application with the stamped plans for the business owner to keep on site during the term of the approval.
