South Gate Police to Host Public Meeting

Residents are encouraged to attend and bring up any safety and policing concerns.

This evening at 6:00 p.m., the South Gate Police Department (SGPD) will host a community meeting at the Senior Citizen Building in South Gate Park, found at 4855 Tweedy Blvd. Residents are encouraged to use this forum as a place to bring up safety related issues that they might be worried about.

“The meeting gives the citizens of South Gate the opportunity to find out what is going on in their community and talk to officers about their neighborhood,” wrote Captain Keith Hupp of the SGPD in an email.
