Hospital’s high-level services provide job opportunities for skilled nursing professionals
St. Francis Medical Center (SFMC) is hosting a Nursing Career Fair on April 25, 2015. Experienced RNs, LVNs, and CNAs are encouraged to attend to learn more about SFMC’s advanced services, facilities, and technologies, and opportunities available to nursing professionals to utilize and enhance their clinical skills in meeting current and emerging health care needs at this busy, acute-care hospital and essential provider in the Los Angeles County trauma network and health care safety net.

Openings are available across an array of specialty nursing areas, including Emergency Services, Intensive Care, Labor and Delivery, Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Cardiac Catheterization Lab, and Case Management. Leadership opportunities are also available, including Clinical Supervisors for experienced Charge RNs interested in career growth.

“We’re looking for those high caliber nurses who share our commitment to quality and compassionate care,” stated Mary Lynne Knighten, DNP, RN, PN, NEA-BC, Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Patient Care Services. “We’re a STEMI Receiving Center, Primary Stroke Center, and Level II Trauma Center and are considered a center of excellence for the care of high-risk OB and psychiatric patients. We’re a thriving medical center with advanced services and tremendous opportunity for professional growth for those on our health care team.”
