Toddler Found Wandering Street, Young Mom Arrested
The child was found in the middle of a street in Lynnwood by a tow truck driver.

A 20-year-old mother was arrested tonight because a tow truck driver found her 2-year-old son wandering in the middle of a street in Lynwood, police said.
The woman, Asia Ramsey, was held for suspicion of child endangerment.
The toddler was found by the truck driver near Imperial Highway at Elm Street at about 2:30 p.m., picked up the child and flagged down a passing sheriff's deputy.

Deputies took the child to a hospital to be examined, and Child Protective Services workers were called to check the child's welfare.
A relative called police at 5:30 p.m. to report the missing child, deputies said. Ramsey and her mother appeared at the sheriff's Century Station, identified her son, and were then questioned by deputies.

The child was sheltered by Child Protective Services, and the mother booked at the Century Regional Detention Facility.
