Crunchtime Party celebrates the culmination of the SPTOR annual building of the float in the New Year's day parade in nearby Pasadena. This year's event was successful as hundreds of local supporters raised thousands of dollars to help fund the annual endeavor. It also marked the naming of this year's Image Award winner by the incoming mayor.
