Blog: Local Attorney Bristles At HuffPost Take On Divorce

Mark B. Baer is not your run-of-the-mill family law attorney.  I met him a year or so ago at a meet and greet hosted by the Financial Planning Association of San Gabriel Valley.  He stood out in the room, not only because he was an attorney consorting with Financial Planners, but because of his refreshing point of view.  What he calls Integrative Law.  He moderates a LinkedIn discussion group by the same name.  He is an excellent spokesperson for this more human point of view.

But, an article by Catherine New in today's (9/20/2012) HuffPost, "Divorce Too Expensive For Poorest Americans" struck a nerve.  It's a thoughtful piece.  I think it deserves consideration.
