Broken Water Main Affects Local Homes
A water main broke in El Sereno Monday. Was your home affected?
A water main broke Monday in the El Sereno area sending water flowing across an intersection near the border of Los Angeles, South Pasadena and Alhambra, reports City News Service.
About 30 homes have been affected, according to reports.
Water flooded the street from the broken main at the intersection of Berkshire and Kendall avenues at an estimated rate of a thousand gallons per minute, a fire dispatch captain told City News Service at 12:45 a.m.
