I realize these have been in place for several years now, but every time I want to make a right turn on to Fair Oaks from, say, El Centro (or any street) I can't because the ramps extend so far into the street. Was there some rationale (that I am missing) with these strange, extended ramps? What was South Pasadena trying to do? Make movement that much more difficult?
