Original Post: PASADENA, CA -- If the Friday evening rush hour on the Foothill (210) Freeway feels like trudging through mud, that's because it pretty much is after a big rig crashed, spilling hundreds of gallons of paint and stucco onto the freeway.

Caltrans crews are on the scene trying to clean up the monumental mess on the eastbound Foothill (210) Freeway west of the Ventura (134) Freeway in Pasadena. Roughly 300 gallons of paint or stucco buckets were spilled onto the roadway, prompting a SigAlert and two lane closures. Crews are working frantically as the stucco is beginning to harden, according to the California Highway Patrol.
