Tired of your usual workout? Get back in shape in 2012 in a new way! We now offer a beginning level ballet class for adults on Tuesday at 7pm. Great for beginners and those who used to dance but have taken time off.
Learn fundemental barre work, center floor excersizes and across the floor choreography. We also focus on stretching/flexibility and core strength training with a pilates focus. Come check it out! $12/class, cash only.
