Belly Dance Class

A 6 week Introduction to belly dance that covers essential steps, turns and isolations and quickly progresses to a strengthening, toning, and cardio workout that goes by in a flash! Students develop grace, increased strength, stamina, flexibility and poise. Intermediate and advanced class is available for aspiring performers.

Presented by the city of South Pasadena Parks and Recreation.

The teacher is a classically trained professional dancer and choreographer with over 10 years of experience.
