Election: City Council has three seats open for four-year terms, with two incumbents and seven challengers running. Also on ballot is Measure for UUT Extension, election of City Treasurer (Unopposed) PCC Area 5 Trustee (Unopposed) and three candidates for Board of Eduction for two open seats.
