Cardio Belly Dance on Saturday Morning
This class is about building stamina, and strength and strong beautiful muscles while having FUN.
We use traditional Middle Eastern dance steps and isolations to high energy music to achieve a fun and intense cardio vascular work out, as well as extremely refined and effective excercises and stretches from Yoga, Pilates, and Lotte Berk Method to build long, lean muscles.
