East LA Community Corporation (ELACC) is here to help!  ELACC is a HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agencythat helps families and individuals achieve and sustain their goal of homeownership. Through in-depth education participants are provided the necessary tools and knowledge needed to reach their goal!  Space is limited!  $20 fee.
