Have you Seen This Boy? Missing Child Last Seen in South Pasadena

SOUTH PASADENA, CA — The Pasadena Police department has issued a missing child alert for a 16-year-old boy who has diabetes and requires insulin.

Huggins Nicoll, approximately 5-foot, 8-inches tall, 135 pounds with a light complexion, light brown hair and green eyes was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, black pants and black Nike tennis shoes and carrying a black and white backpack.

"He was last seen in South Pasadena at approximately 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday," the Pasadena Police Department reported. "He has run away in the past and is insulin dependent. If you have information that can assist in helping safely locate Nicoll, please call 911 or contact the police."
