Host A Student From Germany

International Education and Exchange (IEE) is a South Pasadena-based, non-profit organization that has been bringing German students to South Pasadena since 1987.

We are looking for families who can open their homes and hearts to an eager-to-learn, English-speaking student coming to the United States to learn about American culture and improve their English. Program dates are JUNE 27 – JULY 25.

WHAT THEY DO:
The 15-17 year olds are kept busy with English classes and excursions, so even working families can fit the experience into their schedules.

WHO WE NEED: All types of families can host – parents with young kids/older kids, single parent/joint custody families, active retired couples, in SouthPasadena/Pasadena/Alhambra/San Marino areas.

HOST FAMILY RESPONSIBILITES: provide a bed (shared room with your child OK) morning and evening meals with your family, make the student a part of your daily life.

Families unable to host for 4 weeks may share the time with another family.

All students have their own spending money and insurance.
