Police are warning residents to look out for a man with an unmarked car equipped with emergency sirens: BREAKING.
ALHAMBRA, CA — Police are asking for help identifying a man who stole an unmarked Los Angeles Sheriff's Department vehicle from a car dealership in Alhambra. The thief now has a law enforcement vehicle equipped with emergency sirens, sheriff's officials are warning.
Authorities set up a tip line Monday for information leading to whoever stole vehicle, a 2016 Dodge Challenger.
"The vehicle has no exterior markings which would identify it as an emergency vehicle," according to Alhambra police Sgt. Steven Carr. "However, it is equipped with an emergency light package which includes covert red, blue and white strobe lights."
