Pedestrian Killed On 210 Freeway
The Foothill (210) Freeway in Pasadena was shut down early Monday morning when a man was struck several times.

PASADENA, CA — A pedestrian was killed Monday on the Foothill (210) Freeway in Pasadena, authorities said.
The death was reported at 1 a.m. on the westbound 210 at Fair Oaks Avenue, California Highway Patrol Officer Stephan Brandt told City News Service.
Reports from the scene indicated the pedestrian was a male who was struck multiple times and one of the vehicles included a 2005 Dodge, the CHP reported.

A SigAlert was issued shutting down all westbound lanes at Fair Oaks Avenue and all westbound traffic was diverted off the freeway at Marengo Avenue, Brandt said. The far right lanes were reopened at 5:23 a.m.
The CHP's Altadena office asked anyone who saw the crash to call them at (626) 296-8100.
