Police Search for Man Accused of Sex Crime on Diamond

The man was spotted by a 17-year-old girl around 3:45 p.m. last Thursday at the 1500 block of Diamond Avenue, City News Service reported.
The suspect is said to be a heavy-set Hispanic man with a dark complexion and a 1995 Honda Civic.
