STOLEN VEHICLE
• 7-30, 5 PM to 7-31, 8 AM, 900 block of Kendall (attempt). ’96, Toyota Camry. Suspect(s) pry window out and reaches in to unlock door to gain entry. Suspect(s) tampers with ignition in an attempt to start vehicle, but fail. Suspect(s) then takes loss and leaves. LOSS: I-pod, telephone cables, first-aid kit, pliers and brake pads.
• 7-31, 6:30 PM to 8-1, 8:30 AM, 1000 block of Grevelia (attempt). ’96, Honda Accord. Suspect(s) enters victim’s unlocked vehicle and tampers with ignition in an attempt to start vehicle, but fail. Suspect(s) then takes loss and leaves. LOSS: Kitchen cart and baseball equipment.

• 8-12, 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, 1000 block of Mission. ’99, Chevy van.
AUTO BURGLARY
• 8-1-13, 7 AM to 6 PM, 800 block of Meridian. ’02, Subaru. Suspect(s) pries door lock to gain entry. LOSS: Backpack.
• 8-4, 11 PM to 8-5, 5:45 AM, 1600 block of Amberwood. ’06, Honda Odyssey. Suspect(s) smashes window to gain entry. LOSS: Computer bag.
• 8-7, 6:30 PM to 8-8, 6:30 AM, 700 block of Orange Grove. ’02, Toyota Corolla. Suspect(s) smashes window to gain entry. LOSS: None.
• 8-12-13, 11 PM to 8-13-13, 1600 block of Amberwood. ’09, Mazda van. Suspect(s) smashes window to gain entry. LOSS: Cash.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY
• 7-30, 8 PM to 7-31, 8 AM, 800 block of Summit (garage). Suspect(s) enters opened garage and takes loss. LOSS: PA speaker system.
• 8-1, 4:30 PM to 8-2, 7:10 AM, 500 block of Prospect. Victim’s residence is under construction and suspect(s) force door handle off front door, then pry door lock to gain entry. LOSS: Tools and real estate key box.
• 8-1, 2 PM to 8-9, 2 PM, 2000 block of Pine. Suspect(s) pries out window air conditioning unit to gain entry. LOSS: None.
• 7-28, 3:45 PM to 8-4, 8:45 PM, 1600 block of Fremont (storage locker). Suspect(s) gains entry into victim’s storage locker by unknown means. LOSS: Bicycle, baby seat, (2) strollers and a pool kit.
• 8-12, 11 AM to 6 PM, 400 block of Grand. Suspects smash rear window to gain entry. Suspects are later arrested by LAPD 77th Division and found to have victim’s property in their possession. SUSPECT VEHICLE: Black, Mercedes E-type. SUSPECTS ARRESTED BY LAPD: S1 – Male, Black, 25 years, Inglewood. S2 – Female, juvenile.
• 8-12, 8 PM to 8-13, 8:15 AM, 800 block of Flores de Oro. Suspect(s) enters victim’s open carport area and takes loss. LOSS: Surf board and wet suits.
ASSAULTS
• 8-4, 11:51 PM, 1700 block of Fair Oaks. Officers respond to an assault and officers locate suspect and victim walking on the street. Suspect and victim are found to be acquaintances and got into an argument, with the suspect hitting victim in the face. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 33 years, Lake Elsinore.
• 8-8, 9:40 PM, 1300 block of Huntington. Suspect is waiting for her boyfriend (witness) outside apartment unit. Suspect enters apartment unit and discovers witness with victim (female) in the apartment. Witness and suspect get into an argument and suspect rushes towards victim. Suspect and victim then get into a fight. Suspect and victim decline to press charges on each other.
• 8-11, 1:22 PM, 1200 block of Fair Oaks (Pavilions). Suspect is inside men’s restroom when V1 attempts to enter. Suspect yells at V1 and V1 leaves the restroom area. Suspect confronts V2 in the restroom area and yells at V2. Suspect hits V2 in the face and exits restroom area. Suspect then sees V1 outside the restroom area and yells then hits V1 in the face. Suspect then exits store. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Black, 20 years, heavyset, wearing a black shirt and blue pants.
• 8-13, 6:51 AM, 1700 block of Huntington. Victim (mother) and suspect (son) get into an argument and suspect hits then chokes victim. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Juvenile.
THEFT
• 8-1, unknown time to 7 PM. Fairview/Mission. Suspect(s) takes loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Vehicle registration sticker.
• 8-1. 6:30 PM to 8-2-13, 5:15 AM, 1300 block of Mountain View. Suspect(s) opens engine hood to victim’s vehicle and takes loss. LOSS: Car battery.
• 8-2, 5:30 AM, 1100 block of Fremont. Witness is inside residence and hears noises coming from outside. Witness looks outside and sees S1 hunched over the open hood of victim’s vehicle, with S2 standing nearby acting as a lookout. Witness turns on porch light and suspects run away. LOSS: None. SUSPECTS DESCRIPTION: S1 – Male, wearing all black clothing. S2 – Female, wearing all black clothing
• 8-2, 4:30 AM to 2 PM, 1800 block of Alpha. Suspect(s) enters victim’s unlocked vehicle and takes loss. LOSS: Miscellaneous papers, vehicle owners manual, baby buggy and miscellaneous baby items.
• 8-2, 5 PM to 8-11, 10 AM, 1700 block of Grevelia. Suspect(s) takes loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Catalytic converter.
• 8-4, 8:30 PM to 8-5, 7:30 AM, 1700 block of State. Suspect(s) enters victim’s unlocked vehicle and takes loss. LOSS: Pay stub and Kindle tablet.
• 8-5, 3 PM to 8-6, 10 AM, 1000 block of Arroyo Verde. Suspect(s) enters victim’s unlocked vehicle and takes loss. LOSS: Sunglasses and music CDs.
• 8-5, 10:30 PM to 8-6, 3 PM, 2000 block of Oxley. Suspect(s) takes loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: License plates.
