Teens in Grades 9 – 12 are invited to discover healthy ways to cope with stress and to improve personal self-care with this guided mindful journaling workshop with Amy Muscoplat of Joyfestivial Industries. The program is being presented by the South Pasadena Public Library’s Teen Advisory Board (TAB) and is sponsored by the Friends of the South Pasadena Public Library.
Pre-registration is required. This one-time workshop will be from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. via Zoom. The Zoom link will be sent out 24 hours prior to the workshop. Teens can register at www.southpasadenaca.gov/register
