The Sundance Film Festival is currently taking place in Utah. Waaahoo! Besides the films themselves, the festival does a great job of recognizing the pivotal role music plays in film. This week there have been panels, discussions and concerts by and with composers, artists and industry vets celebrating the broad array of music in the entertainment field. Music is really such an important part of film and there is an overwhelming amount of talented people contributing to film and television right now. We sometimes geek out over film scores over here and are proud to say that some of our instructors are even accomplished composers. If you ever find yourself at Sundance, don’t forget to check out the music events!
