Kilpatrick Townsend Adds Attorney Julie Bahret to Expanding Real Estate Finance and Capital Markets Team

SAN FRANCISCO (July 29) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of attorney Julie Bahret to its Real Estate Finance and Capital Markets Team.  Ms. Bahret joins the firm’s San Francisco office as Counsel.

Ms. Bahret brings extensive experience, representing institutional lenders with respect to servicing, workouts, assumptions, and originations, as well as developers and investors in all phases of complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions / dispositions, redevelopment, joint ventures, asset management, and related due diligence matters.  Ms. Bahret has also represented clients in complex business, securities, and real estate litigation. 

Prior to joining Kilpatrick Townsend, Ms. Bahret worked for the Commercial Mortgage Servicing Group at Wells Fargo, N.A., on the modifications team.

Ms. Bahret earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, where she was a member of the Stetson Law Review Editorial Board.  She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Florida.
